COUNCIL OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS OF THE INSTITUTE OF METALLOPHYSICS named after H.V. Kurdyumov HAH of Ukraine will be invited to take part in the IV conference of young scientists “MODERN MATERIALS SCIENCE. MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES — SMMT-2023”, which is held with the aim of exchanging information between young scientists of Ukraine regarding the latest achievements in the field of physics, technology and application of structural and functional materials. The conference will be held on OCTOBER 5-6, 2023 at the address: Kyiv, 36 Akademika Vernadskyi Blvd.
THEME OF THE CONFERENCE:
- nanomaterials and nanotechnologies
- structural and functional materials;
- biomaterials and bionanotechnology,
- methods of materials research;
- technologies of synthesis and modification of materials;
- information technologies in materials science;
- interdisciplinary aspects of materials science;
- dual purpose materials and technologies.
REGISTRATION AND IMPORTANT DATES
Registration and payment of the organizational fee* – until September 22, 2023
Thesis submission – until September 22, 2023
Organization fee – mysterious case* a6o 300 UAH.
Exemption from the payment of the registration fee is provided for under the condition of participation in the organization of the conference and an oral presentation.
REPORT FORMAT
Oral presentation – 15 minutes. + 5 min. discussion. Stand report – during the day (poster format A1 (594×841 mm)).
It is possible to participate online.

PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS
Articles submitted based on the materials of the reports after the review procedure will be published in scientific periodicals of the Institute of Metallophysics named after G.V. Kurdyumov HAH of Ukraine, which are included in the scientometric databases of Web of Science and/or Scopus, namely:
- review works related to metallophysics and related technology – in the review scientific journal “Successes” of physics of metals” (“UFM›) (Q1),
- review and regular articles in the scientific journal “Metal Physics and New Technologies” (“MNT” ) (Q3);
- review and regular articles related to nanothematics – in the collection of scientific works
- “Nanosystems, nanomaterials, nanotechnologies” (“HHH ») (Q4).
