SCIENTIFIC SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE
- Material science and technologies for obtaining superhard and composite materials, construction and instrumental ceramics, hard alloys.
- Nanotechnologies, nano- and smart materials.
- Phase equilibria and phase transformations at high pressure conditions (high pressure phases).
- High pressure physics and technology.
- Protective coatings, films from superhard and other materials.
- Information technologies and modeling of technological processes of obtaining high-hardness and high-strength materials.
- Methodology of materials properties research.
- Application of superhard and ceramic materials and hard alloys in industry.
Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English.
To participate in the conference, the following materials must be sent to the organizing committee till 13 October 2023:
- Application (form is attached).
- Report materials (theses) to the organizing committee’s email address (inm.molod@gmail.com).
- Expert opinion on the possibility of publishing materials in the open press (if necessary).
The abstracts not eligible as per conference rules and submitted after 13 October 2023 will not be published.
The notice will be issued about acceptance of materials to conference program.
RULES FOR MATERIALS PRESENTATION
Abstracts and complete texts of the reports should be prepared in MS WORD (format А4, fields – all sizes 2 cm, type Times New Roman, size 16, in 1 interval).
Abstract size – 1-2 printed pages. The formulas should be made in MS Equation.
The materials of the Conference will be published in the Conference book of abstracts on the website of the V. Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Full texts of the reports after expert conclusion should be submitted till 13 October 2023.
Conference will be held on 19-20 October 2023 by the V. Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials

The conference is planned to be held in person. If necessary, those who wish will be given the opportunity to participate online in the conference via Google Meet.
