On May 21, 2026, representatives of the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Ukraine took part in the celebration of World Embroidery Day – a holiday that symbolizes the unity, cultural heritage and national identity of Ukrainians. The participation of young researchers emphasizes the importance of combining science and culture, because the scientific community is an integral part of society, preserving traditions and at the same time shaping the future. Vyshyvanka has become a sign of resilience and inspiration, and for young scientists – a reminder of responsibility to the country and its development. The Council of Young Scientists emphasizes that the popularization of science should take place in harmony with cultural traditions and social values. That is why participation in events such as World Vyshyvanka Day resonates with other important initiatives that emphasize the importance of science as a cultural and social phenomenon.
