The Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine established cooperation with the International Charitable Foundation “Impulse to Life”. This charitable organization provides support to children who are internally displaced persons from the cities of Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Kherson, helps orphans cared for by grandmothers, as well as children of Ukrainian military personnel.
As part of such cooperation, young scientists of the Academy introduce children to the profession of a scientist and their achievements. Young researchers have already visited the Institute of Electric Welding named after E.O. Paton of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Main Astronomical Observatory of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The children received a lot of positive impressions and asked our scientists for a long time about their research.

The Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine expresses its gratitude to the leadership of the above-mentioned institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and our lecturers, namely the corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Maksym Yurzhenka, leading researcher Valery Demchenka and researcher Mykhailo Lashka.
